Developer

Job Purpose

To develop a system to support business activities through acquiring requirement, performing analysis, writing codes, and designing web layout/interface as well as managing tasks in sprints to ensure timely deliveries of results and functionalities of product.

Location

• Head Office, Phnom Penh (01 Post).

Major Areas of Responsibility

• Develop and maintain web applications using NestJS, NuxtJS, VueJS, and Node.js.
• Design and implement Microservice architecture to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Manage databases with MSSQL and implement effective data storage solutions.
• Deploy applications on RedHat OpenShift and manage containerized services with Kubernetes.
• Create and maintain Restful APIs for internal and external use.
• Optimize application performance with Redis caching.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Write clean, functional code on the front-end and back-end.
• Test and fix bugs or other coding issues.
• Manage tasks in sprint and make sure delivery result on time and efficiency.
• Contribute to the professional development of team members across the department, improving skills and knowledge.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and application development best practices.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and relevant fields.
• Minimum two to three years of experience in development of window application and window services.
• Hands-on experience coding in more than one currently popular application framework.
• Familiar with more than one software and application development methodology.
• Ability to discern user requirements and development specifications.
• Understanding of Scrum Development Framework and other Agile methodologies is an advantage.
• Knowledge and experiences with Jira and Confluence is advantage.
• Excellent collaboration attribute, team leadership, and relationship management.
• Ability to use and communicate both Khmer and English.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with high-energy and proactiveness.
• Quality-oriented mindset and strong attention to details.
