The What?

As a Senior Engineer, you’ll lead the development and optimization of web applications, primarily using PHP, with a focus on best practices and high performance. This role involves:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Taking ownership of specific projects, guiding the technical direction, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality code.
• Contributing to architecture discussions, sharing insights on scaling and improving the infrastructure.
• Mentoring junior developers to foster growth and productivity across the team.
• Working closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in both production and development environments.

Tech Stack:

• PHP (experience with Magento is a plus but not required)
• MySQL or similar relational databases
• MVC architecture
• Front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Git for version control

HYBRID WORKING:
