Developer Community Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Developer Community Lead to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Engage with developers on X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Discord
• Create a steady stream of short-form technical content
• Identify and participate in relevant conversations at the right time
• Foster relationships with community influencers and developers
• Conduct AMAs, livestreams, and community events
• Produce longer-form technical content for social sharing
• Represent the company at conferences, meetups, and podcasts
• Gather insights from the developer community to inform product strategy

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in developer relations, marketing, community management, content creation, or engineering
• Established presence on major developer platforms with a portfolio of content
• Strong technical foundation in modern infrastructure and web frameworks
• Fluent in online developer communities with adaptability across platforms
• Sharp written communication skills
• Ability to iterate quickly and ship content fast
