Developer for Salesforce Marketing Cloud :

• Designing Salesforce Marketing Cloud for customer needs.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions.
• Business analysts, solution architects, consultants, and clients to translate business requirements into scalable Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Implementation from proposal to delivery.

Main Duties :

• Develop and maintain solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including : Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Data Extensions.
• Build responsive and personalized email templates using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.
• Develop marketing automation and segmentation using SQL and Automation Studio.
• Build and maintain customer journeys based on business requirements.
• Manage customer data, segmentation, and data relationships.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external systems using APIs.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Perform testing, deployment, monitoring, and post-production support.
• Ensure development follows Salesforce best practices, security standards, and project requirements.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and project teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and support client discussions when required.
• Deliver solutions according to project timelines, SOW, SOP, and quality standards.

Requirements :

• 2–5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Data Extensions.
• Strong practical knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience developing responsive and personalized email campaigns.
• Understanding of customer data, segmentation, data modeling, and marketing automation.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, and deployment.
• Nice to Have Salesforce certifications, such as : Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Engagement Specialist, Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I.
• Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, REST/SOAP APIs, or other external systems.
• Experience in a client-facing, consulting, or project-based environment.
• Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must (active).
• Willing to work in west Jakarta - Meruya & Puri area and assigned to customer office.
