Web Developer & Recruiter

We are looking for a Web Developer & Recruiter to work on assigned web development projects and support the company’s recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update websites/web applications for assigned projects.
• Fix bugs and ensure good website performance.
• Understand project requirements and complete development tasks on time.
• Source candidates through Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Search for suitable candidates in nearby/local areas when required.
• Maintain candidate and recruitment records.
• Use company-provided recruitment funds only for approved recruitment expenses such as candidate sourcing, advertising, and local recruitment activities. These funds are not the employee’s salary.

Requirements

• Experience in web development and relevant technologies.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Experience with Indeed/recruitment platforms is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally for recruitment when required.

Compensation

Salary: Based on experience and skills. Recruitment Budget: Provided separately by the company for approved recruitment expenses.

Job Type: Full-time Location: Tiruppur

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
