Developer/Programmer

Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with SMEs and Process owners to gather requirements and effectively communicate with leadership teams. This role involves leading process walk-throughs, designing and developing automation solutions, and ensuring smooth delivery aligned with business requirements.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with SMEs and Process owners to gather requirements and communicate with leadership teams.
• Collaborate with Business SMEs, Testing teams, and coordinate for smooth delivery aligned with business requirements.
• Lead process walk-throughs and drive User Acceptance Calls.
• Design, develop UiPath code, and implement automation for various processes.
• Perform code optimization and identify potential issues and defects.
• Prepare documents such as Process Definition Document (PDD) and Solution Design Document (SDD) and other technical documents.
• Work on database design with normalization.
• Participate in the deployment program by creating a reusable module diagram and packing the solution.
• Adhere to Intelligent Automation specific coding standards and best practices.
• Develop RPA solutions and contribute to AI/ML driven solutions.
• Analyze the technical & functional feasibility of new processes needing automation.
• Work on test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases.
• Implement change requirements supporting a structured change control process.
• Monitor and solve issues on a day-to-day basis in RPA processes.
• Work with Business Analyst and SME for feasibility analysis.
• Attend meetings for process development and problem identification with solutions.

 

Required Skills:

• Capable of taking up complex challenges in UiPath environment.
• Agile mindset and team player.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in UiPath.
• 2 years of hands-on experience in OCR/ICR tools (Intelligent Documentation Extraction).
• 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft .Net development using C# programming language, RDBMS (Oracle, SQL, MySQL & MongoDB), and PL/SQL programming language.
• Hands-on experience in Documentation and process re-design and mapping.
• Experience with Entity Framework and .NET.
• Good to have knowledge of SAP BAPIs.
• Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and consuming SOAP/REST APIs.
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
• Should have undergone RPA Lifecycle (Define, Develop, Deploy) for identified automation opportunities.
• Experience supporting RPA bots in production and providing long-term precise fixes.
• Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to resolve technical issues associated with RPA bots.
• Willing to work in 24/7 shifts.

 

Education & Qualifications:

• Relevant educational qualifications and certifications in computer science, software engineering, or related fields are preferred.
