• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and modern software development principles
• SQL and database knowledge
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable switching between development, support, and systems-related tasks
• A proactive attitude and genuine desire to build a long-term career in technology

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Azure or cloud technologies
• Experience with REST APIs
• Understanding of source control tools such as Git
• Experience within a Service Desk, Help Desk, or support environment

What's on Offer

• Permanent role based in Brisbane CBD
• Broad exposure across software development, databases, integrations, support, and infrastructure
• Mentorship from experienced technical professionals
• A varied role where no two days are the same
• Perfect opportunity for a graduate or junior professional looking to accelerate their career

If you're looking for more than just a coding role and want the chance to build a well-rounded technical skillset while working on real business systems, we'd love to hear from you.
