Developing project coordinator

We are a growing aluminum windows and doors company seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our sales team based in Gore

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the industry, working closely with our Project Managers and gaining hands-on experience across project coordination and estimating.

About the Role

In this role, you will support our Project Managers with day-to-day tasks while also learning our estimating systems, processes, and programmes. You’ll be exposed to all stages of a project—from pricing through to delivery—giving you a solid foundation in the business.

For the right person, this role has a clear pathway to progress into a full Project Manager position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting Project Managers with daily coordination tasks

• Supporting job tracking, scheduling, and documentation

• Learning estimating processes and software/programmes

• Assisting with pricing, take-offs, and quoting preparation

• Liaising with internal teams (production, dispatch, sales support)

• General administrative and project support duties

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Good communication and a team-focused attitude

• Willingness to learn and take initiative

• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

• Intermediate computer skills

• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or aluminum joinery is an advantage, but not essential
