Who We Are At Author & Edit, we create original hospitality experiences designed to be remembered and talked about. Our approach is rooted in constant evolution, always refining and reimagining what hospitality can be. We don’t follow industry standards; we set them.

Founded by visionary restaurateur Sam Fox, Author & Edit is built on the idea that great hospitality is something you write, not replicate. From standout concepts like The Global Ambassador and The Twelve Thirty Club to a growing portfolio of hotels and restaurants, we’re shaping experiences that push the industry forward.

With multiple new projects currently under construction and an expanding presence, this is a unique opportunity to be part of a company in active growth. You’ll work closely with leadership, collaborate with a passionate team, and play a role in building what’s next in hospitality. If you're looking to grow your career while contributing to something innovative, dynamic, and continually evolving—this is where it happens.
