What they need

Company: Round One Delicious USA, Inc. (TENSHOU Collection)
Location: Cerritos, CA (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt)
Pay: $30.00–$32.00 per hour

Job Description:

TENSHOU Collection is an intimate omakase collection bringing Japan's finest culinary traditions to the United States — the real Japan, as it's meant to be experienced.

Each counter is helmed by chefs drawn from Japan's top 100 restaurants, delivering an immersive, counter-only dining experience built on the art of omotenashi. From Edomae sushi to open-flame craft, every seat is a rare, close encounter with the true essence of Japanese cuisine.

Opening in West Hollywood and Las Vegas in 2026, followed by locations in New York, TENSHOU Collection is building the teams that will support its continued development and expansion. Be part of something exceptional.

Experience Japan, one seat at a time.

  • Support restaurant opening preparations, including equipment installations, inspections, and facility readiness.
  • Prepare progress reports, communicate project updates, and identify potential delays or outstanding issues.
  • Assist with daily departmental tasks, workflow coordination, and other operational needs as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction coordination, facilities management, maintenance coordination, or related project support.
  • Experience working with multiple vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Basic understanding of commercial building systems, equipment maintenance, and construction processes.
  • Strong organizational, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other tracking or reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or multi-location facilities operations preferred.
  • Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and restaurant opening projects preferred.
  • Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to company locations, including occasional overnight travel.

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off (PTO) and holidays.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and involvement in new restaurant openings.

Benefits are subject to company policies, eligibility requirements, and applicable plan terms.
