Development & Project Management - Assistant Project Manager - Creative

Job Descriptions:

• Collaborate with senior executives across Macau and Singapore to support business priorities and drive key initiatives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Responsible for the creation and preparation of high-quality, engaging Executive Presentations and for meeting established deadlines for internal reviews and final issuance
• Compile and format presentation materials, coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather required information, and monitor project scope, design and construction programme updates
• Create a Presentation Tracker to track presentations across regions. Refine deck layouts and standardized templates to support diverse meeting objectives and cross-regional communication
• Maintain an organized presentation library on the shared drive to support cross-team communication. Manage digital and hard-copy project submittals, ensure accurate and secure storage of project information and Executive Presentations

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design or related fields
• 4 years of related working experience with 1-2 years in a supervisory level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint; familiar with the use of Oracle ACONEX preferred
