The Company has completed more than 23,000 units of mix development projects comprising of high rise apartments, residential, commercial and industrial buildings in Northern Malaysia.

We are seeking a Development Assistant to join our dynamic team at our Georgetown main office.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in documentation, report, data preparation and drawing interpretation.
2. Ensure project documentation is properly managed.

Job Requirements:

1. Computer literate with knowledge in MS Office ( Word, Excel , Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, AutoCAD(ACAD), Imaging Manipulation, etc.
2. Fresh graduate with Certificate / Diploma in Construction Management or equivalent are encourage to apply.
3. Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
4. Self-discipline & able to work under minimum supervision.
