Role Overview

We are looking for a Development Executive with good knowledge of Glass Manufacturing and Product Development to handle new product development from concept to sample approval.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new glass and home décor products as per buyer requirements.
• Coordinate with Design, Sampling, Production, QC, Sourcing & Merchandising teams.
• Understand product specifications, dimensions, finishing, colours, and materials.
• Coordinate prototype/sample development and modifications.
• Follow up on sampling, trials, costing, and approvals.
• Identify suitable manufacturing processes and materials.
• Ensure developed products meet quality, design, and buyer requirements.
• Maintain product development records and timelines.
• Support production during new product trials and resolve development issues.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Product Development – Glass experience preferred/required.
• Good knowledge of glass manufacturing, finishing, moulding, colouring, and decoration.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and MS Excel skills.
• Export/home décor experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹11,600.72 - ₹25,000.00 per month
