Development Executive (Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the development and production of card game products.
• Liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and partners on product development and production matters.
• Translate and localise product content from Japanese to English.
• Review and proofread localised content to ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
• Proofread product designs and materials to ensure quality and consistency.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed according to schedule.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays when required for company events.
• Knowledge of games, anime, or related entertainment products.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organisational, scheduling, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Sensitivity to cultural and linguistic nuances.
• Willingness to travel overseas for business purposes when required.
• Experience playing trading card games (TCGs) is an added advantage.
