• Experience in injection and compression moulding (preferred).

• Proven experience in SMC / DMC compounding and related roles

• Development of various grades of SMC/DMC.

• Development of various raw materials required for SMC/DMC.

• Conduct trials at customer s end.

• Troubleshoot during trials at customer s end.

• Essential knowledge of injection moulding.

• Handle various measuring instruments.

• Conduct usual testing methods such as mechanical, physical, and electrical.

• Investigate, analyze, and reduce customer complaints.

• Participate in external and internal quality audits.

• Document ISO and other QMS standards, 5S, Kaizen, etc. (preferred).

• Knowledge of control plans, flow charts, FMEA, and PPAP (preferred).

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in SMC/DMC compounding and related roles.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and result-driven approach.

• Experience in injection and compression moulding (preferred).
