The Role

We are looking for a curious, proactive Development Intern to join our Growth function in Poland, reporting to the Head of Development. In this 12-month internship, you will support our Poland Development team with renewable energy project development and gain practical exposure to how projects move through the development pipeline.

As a Development Intern, you will help prepare project documentation, support land-related and permitting activities, conduct research and data analysis, and maintain project trackers and databases. You will also help coordinate with consultants, land agents, public authorities and other stakeholders, supporting project milestones and the effective delivery of our renewable energy development pipeline.

Desirable skills:

• Current student or graduate in business, economics, finance, administration, environmental studies, spatial planning, engineering, renewable energy or a related field.
• Interest in renewable energy development, with a willingness to learn about land, permitting and project processes.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, including accurate record-keeping and documentation.
• Curious, proactive self-starter with an open mindset, a focus on results and an ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in business English, with an interest in developing research and analytical skills.
• Digitally confident, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and an interest in using digital and AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency and productivity
