The opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Development Lead to drive application development and integration initiatives across mobile and backend platforms. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, ensure code quality, coordinate cross-functional development activities, and oversee delivery across multiple squads.

Key responsibilities

• Lead frontend, backend, and integration development teams.
• Review technical design and key development deliverables.
• Drive development activities across multiple Agile squads.
• Coordinate with QA, DevOps, Integration, and Architecture teams.
• Manage technical dependencies and issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to development standards and SDLC practices.
• Support system integration, testing, release, and deployment activities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5-7+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years in a Development Lead, Technical Lead, or Engineering Lead role
• Experience leading multiple Agile development teams
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise applications
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or large-scale enterprise systems is preferred
• Good command of English

Preferred Experiences:

• Banking or Financial Services industry
• Mobile Banking or Digital Banking platforms
• React Native or mobile application development
