Development Manager

About the role: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Development Manager looking to broaden their project exposure and accelerate their career within a high-performing consultancy environment. Supported by a strong pipeline of retail, commercial, mixed-use and urban development projects, you'll be involved in every stage of the development lifecycle while working directly with clients, stakeholders and decision-makers to create commercially successful outcomes.

Duties:

• Manage development projects from feasibility, acquisition and due diligence through to delivery and completion.
• Prepare and review project feasibilities, development strategies and commercial assessments.
• Lead consultants, authorities and stakeholders throughout planning, design and approvals processes.
• Manage project budgets, cashflows, reporting, procurement and risk.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.

The skills and experience required for this role:

• 8+ years' experience within development management, property development or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated end-to-end development experience across complex projects.
• Experience across retail, commercial or mixed-use developments.
• Strong commercial acumen with well-developed financial and analytical skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate autonomously.
