Development Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business development, operations, automotive service management, or related roles.
• Experience in the automotive aftermarket, dealership operations, or Bosch Car Service network is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of automotive service operations, workshop management, and customer relationship management.
• Proven track record in sales growth, client acquisition, and business development.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM or business management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to travel for client meetings, Bosch training, and business development activities.
