Development Officer

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting valuation, expert witness reports and land administration submissions
• Collect and verify data and documents to support valuation and land administration tasks.
• Conduct market research to support valuation and land administration assignments.
• Maintain and update accurate filing records for data and documents.
• Attend inspections relating to property valuation and land administration tasks.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Certificate or above in Surveying, Real Estate, Property Management or related discipline.
• 1 - 2 years of working experience in property valuation and land administration matters is preferred.
• Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
• Self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
