Partnership Building & Management

• Cultivate and expand networks with businesses, corporate sponsors, and community stakeholders.
• Manage existing partner relationships while proactively engaging potential donors to drive collaboration.
• Bridge the gap between young people and industry needs by supporting core programme coordination.

Resource & Fund Development

• Assist in formulating and executing comprehensive fundraising and partnership strategies.
• Drive the end-to-end execution of fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate and support promotional events to elevate organisational visibility.

Communications

• Design and develop impactful promotional and fundraising materials (including e-newsletters, pitch decks, brochures, and reports) to effectively engage donors and stakeholders.
