Development Project Management (New Product Introduction)

We are looking for an experienced Development Project Management Associate to lead and coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept through production launch. This role is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of experience in project management, manufacturing, supply chain, or product development who enjoy working across multiple functions to deliver successful product launches.

You will be responsible for driving project execution, managing schedules, mitigating risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure products are launched on time and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead assigned NPI projects from development through production launch.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and key milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, evaluate schedule impacts, and implement mitigation and recovery plans.
• Provide schedule recommendations and project updates to support management decision-making.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Coordinate with Design, Packaging, Engineering, Tooling, Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Global Headquarters to ensure project alignment.
• Lead regular project meetings, track action items, and drive timely execution.
• Escalate critical issues and facilitate cross-functional problem-solving to minimize project risks.

Development & Production Readiness

• Ensure development activities are aligned with production readiness and business launch targets.
• Assess the impact of engineering changes, tooling readiness, material availability, manufacturing capacity, and supplier constraints on project schedules.
• Drive recovery plans to maintain launch commitments when issues arise.

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Maintain accurate project data in Adobe Workfront and other business systems.
• Prepare project status reports, KPI dashboards, and management presentations.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and enhance project visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, New Product Introduction (NPI), Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Production Planning, or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Adobe Workfront, ERP systems, Power BI, or other project management tools is an advantage.
