Development / Project Manager Client Side

Role Description The Development / Project Manager Client Side is a full-time, hybrid role based in Brisbane, QLD, with flexibility for as required in todays world. This role is responsible for end-to-end client-side project management, including planning, coordination, and oversight of development milestones from concept through delivery. Day-to-day tasks include managing timelines and budgets, coordinating consultants, contractors, and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards. The role involves overseeing expediting and logistics activities, monitoring inspections, preparing project documentation and reports, and proactively identifying and resolving risks or issues. The Development / Project Manager will maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders, provide strategic advice, and support decision-making to keep projects aligned with objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management and client-side coordination experience.
• Candidates should posses g ood understanding of Construction and Town Planning process.
• Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, such as Expeditor and Expediting capabilities for managing procurement and delivery timelines.
• Candidates should possess inspection-related skills, including Inspection experience to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
• Candidates should possess logistics-related skills, such as Logistics Management for overseeing materials flow and contractor scheduling.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, property development, or a related discipline are highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated experience managing commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments, preferably across multiple sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office, with sound reporting and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain a solutions-focused, transparent approach.
