DEVELOPMENT SURVEYOR

DEVELOPMENT SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:

• To be deployed in our Professional Services Team
• To handle general property valuation (especially for litigation purposes), feasibility studies, market research and general property consultancy works
• To handle land matters, including land exchange, modification, appeals on premium / waiver fee and compensation claim
• To provide support as required by managers and division heads

Requirements:

• Minimum two years working experience in property valuation / development consultancy
• Professional qualification of HKIS (General Practice division) or equivalent
• Probationers of HKIS (General Practice division) or equivalent will also considered for assistant position
• Relevant experience in land matters preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Office
