Development / Training Intern

We are looking for a passionate and technically curious Software Development Intern to join our engineering team. At Naavaladi Technology Solutions, we are actively exploring emerging technologiesincluding modern web frameworks and Generative AI—to build robust digital products. In this role, you will go beyond writing basic code; you will tackle complex technical challenges, master new stacks, and play a crucial role in upskilling our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Rapid Learning & Application: Dive deep into emerging technologies and modern development tools, applying them directly to real-world business problems and internal projects.
• Complex Problem Solving: Assist in the architecture, coding, testing, and deployment of scalable, complex software solutions under the guidance of senior IT professionals.
• Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship: Translate what you learn into actionable insights. You will be expected to conduct micro-training sessions to educate fellow team members and help onboard future new hires.
• Collaborative Engineering: Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, code reviews, and troubleshooting to optimize our development lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Recent graduate (B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc. Computer Science, or related technical field).
• Strong foundational programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++) and a solid understanding of software development life cycles.
• Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to explain complex technical concepts simply to peers.
• A highly pro-active individual with an insatiable appetite for learning and a portfolio of academic or self-driven technical projects.
