Deviation Management Specialist

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a --------Deviation Management Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in --West Point, PA (hybrid). Details for the position are as follows:

**Pay Range: $35 - 41.78/hr depending on experience

Contract: 1 year with possible extension and/or conversion

Hybrid schedule (2 days remote / 3 days onsite per week)

Job Description:**

• Support the resolution and reduction of process deviations, development and implementation of corrective/preventative actions, and leading manufacturing and laboratory investigations.
• Responsible for providing on production floor technical/scientific support for manufacturing areas within Client's Manufacturing Division (MMD).
• Develop working relationships with counterparts in other areas supporting aseptic manufacturing, testing, planning, and release and is required to utilize sound scientific and engineering principles to investigate process deviations.
• Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis of laboratory test failures and manufacturing atypical events, development of corrective/preventative actions is required.
• Conduct analysis of complex problems through critical analytical thinking and the design/execution of laboratory/pilot scale experiments is required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required
• 1-3+ years of relevant deviation management / deviation writing experience in a pharmaceutical / biotech / medical device environment
