Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

1. Expert-level knowledge in Monitring Rule setting up and configuring of Device42 Deep experience conducting Enterprise Tools Assessments and integrating alerts/metrics from legacy APM, network, and infrastructure monitoring tools.

Good-to-Have

1. ServiceNow : Configuration Management
2. ITIL V4 Foundation certification with good process knowledge in Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
3. Flexible to work in Off hour / Weekend shift. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
