Device Care Campaign Associate (Non-Voice)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and ticketing platforms (no voice calls).
• Assist customers with device troubleshooting, warranty claims, and repair/service requests.
• Provide clear, concise, and professional written communication.
• Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and ensure timely resolution of cases.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Promote device care services, extended warranties, and support packages when applicable.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and service-level agreements.

✅ Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year BPO experience (non-voice preferred).
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Basic technical knowledge of devices (mobile phones, tablets, laptops, or similar).
• Customer service-oriented with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tickets simultaneously.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
