Job Title: Device Engineer

Location: East Area – BMTC / Pasir Ris Camp / Changi Naval Base / Air Force Training Centre (Paya Lebar) / STE @ AMK
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: $2400 - $2600
Job Type: 2-Year Renewable Contract

Job Responsibilities

• Perform asset management for infrastructure and computing devices.
• Provide technical support for computing devices, including troubleshooting, patching, configuration, testing, and maintenance of supported hardware and software.
• Work closely with third-party vendors to resolve technical issues and support device-related activities.
• Provide training, coaching, and user orientation on the proper use of computing devices.
• Handle helpdesk duties, including responding to user queries and technical issues.
• Complete assigned tasks within the required timelines and ensure user satisfaction.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for device and support activities.

Requirements

• Minimum Higher Nitec in IT-related qualification or Diploma in IT / related field.
• Candidates with relevant IT certifications and no prior experience may also be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in a similar technical support capacity.
• Experience in supporting computing devices and end-user environments.
• Familiarity with Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Mandarin-speaking proficiency is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking users.

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,600.00 per month
