Devonport Chocolates - Packing and Dispatch Team Member (Fixed Term Contract)

Due to one of our staff taking an extended holiday break we are looking for someone to backfill their role on an 8-month fixed term contract

You will be the key packing and dispatch person in a busy chocolate company, and we will be relying on you to pick and pack orders correctly and successfully send them out the door to the right address.  This role is also responsible for deliveries to key CBD customers and our Commercial Bay flagship store along with receipt and storage of all inwards goods.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure timely dispatch of orders to the correct addresses.
• Deliver orders to key CBD customers and our Commercial Bay store.
• Receive and store all inwards goods.
• Assist the production manager in various aspects of the business.
• Provide excellent service to our customers.

Requirements:

• Computer literate with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Clean driver's license is a necessity.
• Physically active and able to handle the demands of the role.

Working Hours:

• This is a Fixed term Role
• Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to around 4:00 pm.
• Additional hours during busy seasonal periods (Easter and Christmas).
