Job description:

The Company is looking for a creative and proactive Digital Media Handler to manage and grow its social media presence. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in content creation, graphic design, social media management, and event- related digital marketing. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, maintaining our social media pages, promoting upcoming events, and showcasing our projects and event highlights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms on a daily basis.
• Create and design engaging social media posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.
• Develop creative content ideas for exhibitions, conferences, corporate events, and other projects.
• Plan and execute a daily/weekly social media content calendar.
• Write engaging captions and promotional content for social media.
• Create promotional campaigns for upcoming events, including:
• Event announcement posts
• Countdown posts and stories
• Teaser videos
• Event promotional reels
• Behind-the-scenes content
• Event highlights
• Post-event recap videos
• Cover events through photos, videos, stories, and reels where required.
• Edit short-form videos and create engaging event highlight reels.
• Develop creative ideas to increase engagement, reach, followers, and overall page growth.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas and formats.
• Maintain consistent branding across all social media platforms.
• Analyze social media performance and provide ideas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the event and marketing team to understand upcoming projects and create relevant content.
• Keep the company's social media pages active, professional, and visually appealing.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Graphic design skills using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
• Basic to strong video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Good content writing and caption-writing skills. V. Creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, hashtags, and audience engagement.
• Ability to create professional and attractive event-related content.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines, especially during events.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

We don't just need someone who can post content. We are looking for a person who can think creatively, develop ideas, create content, manage our social media presence, and help grow the company's digital brand.

The ideal candidate should be able to look at an upcoming event and suggest:

• What should we post before the event? How should we cover the event? What content should we create during the event? How can we turn the event into engaging content afterward?

Experience: 1-2 years

Work Timings: 10 am-6 pm

Work Days: Monday- Friday

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Lahore

Pay: Up to Rs220,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
