DevOps & IT infrastructure Engineer

As part of this expansion, we are looking for an experienced and autonomous DevOps Engineer to join our team.

What You'll Do You will play a key role in developing and maintaining the DevOps infrastructure that support the design, development, verification, and deployment of Class C medical device software. You will build and maintain a secure, scalable, and compliant environment while ensuring cybersecurity, and reliable IT operations.

Your responsibilities

DevOps & CI/CD

• Design, implement and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines
• Automate software build, testing, packaging and deployment processes
• Maintain development, integration, validation and production environments
• Integrate automated software verification activities into development pipelines
• Support software release management and versioning
• Manage Docker-based development environments and containerized services
• Optimize developer productivity through automation and tooling
• Ensure pipeline reliability, scalability and maintainability

Infrastructure & IT Administration

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure
• Administer workstations across all operating systems used by the company.
• Manage physical and virtual servers
• Maintain network equipment and shared infrastructure
• Manage software licenses and engineering tools
• Configure and automate user accounts, permissions and access control
• Monitor infrastructure availability, performance and security
• Coordinate backups and disaster recovery procedures
• Support employees with IT-related issues
• Manage IT suppliers, vendors and service providers
• Manage quality management system related with IT activities and maintain IT chart and documentation

Security & Compliance

• Implement cybersecurity best practices across the software development lifecycle and IT infrastructures
• Participate in vulnerability management and software security monitoring
• Ensure traceability and integrity of software artifacts
• Support software audits and regulatory inspections
• Participate in continuous improvement of software development processes

Requirements About you Experience

• Significant experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering
• Proven experience in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure management
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Strong knowledge of Git-based development workflows
• Experience with GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket
• Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or Azure DevOps
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals
• Experience administering Windows, IOS and Linux systems
• Experience managing cloud platforms (Azure or AWS ) is a plus

Eductation

• Engineering degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, DevOps or equivalent
