Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Architect with extensive experience in Source Code Management, CI/CD implementation, cloud infrastructure, and automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and driving enterprise DevOps practices, enabling faster software delivery, improving operational efficiency, and supporting cloud-native transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and govern enterprise-wide DevOps architecture and best practices.
• Lead source code management initiatives with a strong focus on SVN (Subversion) and modern version control systems.
• Architect and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery and improve release quality.
• Drive infrastructure and deployment automation through scripting and DevOps tooling.
• Collaborate with development, QA, security, and operations teams to streamline application lifecycle management.
• Establish repository management standards, branching strategies, and release governance processes.
• Enable continuous integration, automated testing, and continuous deployment practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams on DevOps adoption.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Support containerization and orchestration initiatives across cloud and hybrid environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SVN (Subversion) administration and repository management.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools , preferably Jenkins .
• Experience with Git/GitHub and version control best practices.
• Strong scripting experience using Shell Scripting .
• Good understanding of DevOps principles, automation frameworks, and release management processes .
• Experience working with AWS Cloud Services .
• Hands-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes .
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as JIRA .
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python scripting for automation.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability platforms.
• Experience driving DevOps transformation programs in large enterprise environments.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
