Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.

You will act as a bridge between development and operations, ensuring our AI platforms and software applications run reliably, securely, efficiently, and at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, and Jenkins.
• Containerize and orchestrate applications and services using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system health, performance, availability, and uptime using tools such as Datadog, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Collaborate with development and AI teams to streamline deployment workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Implement security best practices, access controls, and compliance standards.
• Manage databases, backup strategies, and disaster recovery planning.
• Troubleshoot production issues, respond to incidents, and conduct root-cause analysis and post-mortems.
• Continuously improve infrastructure scalability, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in a DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in at least one major cloud provider, preferably AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash, Python, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, DNS, SSL/TLS, and cloud security.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as ELK Stack, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, GPU workloads, or AI model deployment.
• Familiarity with PHP, Node.js, and modern web application deployment environments.
• Experience deploying and managing multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Experience with cloud cost optimization and infrastructure automation.
• Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, or equivalent).
