DevOps / Cloud Engineer — Mid / Senior

Company Description We’re Hiring | DevOps / Cloud Engineers Flyte Solutions Ltd. is seeking experienced DevOps / Cloud Engineers to support enterprise infrastructure, cloud transformation, automation, CI/CD and production environments.

Position Mid-Level DevOps / Cloud Engineer: 3–5 Years

Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer: 5–8 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Arrangement: On-site / Hybrid / Client Deployment

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Job Description Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage cloud environments across AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or equivalent tools.
• Manage Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Automate application deployment and operational processes.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting.
• Support high availability and disaster recovery.
• Implement cloud security controls and operational best practices.
• Manage infrastructure configuration and release processes.
• Troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with development, QA, security and application-support teams.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation.

Enterprise Responsibilities

• Support production environments with appropriate availability and monitoring.
• Implement backup and recovery procedures.
• Support security hardening and vulnerability remediation.
• Assist with capacity planning and performance monitoring.
• Support incident, problem and change-management processes.

Senior-Level Expectations

• Design cloud and DevOps architecture.
• Lead CI/CD and automation initiatives.
• Establish infrastructure standards and best practices.
• Mentor engineers.
• Lead complex production incidents.
• Contribute to cloud migration and modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CSE, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 3–8 years of relevant DevOps/Cloud experience.
• Strong AWS, Azure or GCP experience.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions or equivalent.
• Linux administration.
• Terraform/IaC.
• Understanding of networking, security and cloud architecture.

Preferred Skills Ansible | Helm | ArgoCD | Prometheus | Grafana | ELK | DevSecOps | Cloud Security Experience supporting banking, fintech, telecom, insurance or other mission-critical enterprise environments will be highly valued.
