Work Experience

• At least 2 years in software or infrastructure engineering, including hands-on exposure to DevSecOps, cloud, or CI/CD. Eagerness to build depth in infrastructure-as-code and platform engineering.
• Knowledge Area Foundational understanding of DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline components; cloud conceptsand containers; awareness of secure SDLC and, in a regulated-banking context, changemanagement, audit, and information-security controls.
• Working exposure to at least one public cloud — AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Infrastructure-as-code — Terraform — working knowledge, willing to deepen.
• CI/CD — GitHub / GitHub Actions; containers — Docker and basic Kubernetes (EKS/ AKS / GKE).
• Exposure to pipeline security tooling — SAST / DAST / SCA, container/image scanning (e.g. Trivy, Qualys), secrets management.
• Basic observability and monitoring; scripting (e.g. Python, Bash)

● Part of the DevSecOps Execution & Support function, partnering with development teams to deliver secure, high-quality software — for individuals with a strong will to learn, who are open and collaborative, and who want to make a meaningful impact on the future of digital banking and financial services.
● Build and maintain the DevSecOps platform and toolchain — the internal, self-service platform that gives teams across ITG one consistent, secure, and auditable way to build, deploy, and operate software on any cloud.
● Drive DevSecOps as a set of technical practices — embedding security, quality, and compliance into the delivery pipeline rather than bolting them on after.
● Enterprise Cloud Automation (ECA): build, harden, and scale the platform toward enterprise-grade, including businessunit onboarding.
● DevSecOps Adoption: enable teams across ITG to adopt the platform — toolchain standardization, guardrails, and handson support to consuming squads.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities 1: Continuous Delivery through DevSecOps & Platform Engineering
● Design and build reusable infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and pipeline patterns consumed self-service by application and cloud teams.
● Develop and maintain platform components across AWS, Azure, and GCP to the team's architecture and standards.
● Establish and enforce policy-as-code and automated guardrails so teams provision within approved boundaries without per-build approval.
● Guide and quality-assure vendor-executed work against the platform's design and standards.
● Provide day-to-day engineering support to squads consuming the platform — pipeline onboarding, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements.
Key Accountabilities 2: DevSecOps & Platform Engineering
● Build, optimize, and operate the CI/CD delivery platform (GitHub Enterprise Cloud, GitHub Actions, self-hosted runners on EKS / AKS / GKE) used across ITG.
● Integrate automated security into the pipeline — threat modeling, SAST, DAST, SCA, container and image scanning, and continuous security monitoring — so security is embedded where code enters, not bolted on after.
● Reduce lead time and deployment friction; move the organization toward self-service, on-demand release under governance.
● Build observability, monitoring, and audit trails into the platform to support both reliability and regulatory examination.
Key Accountabilities 3: DevSecOps & Platform Engineering Targets
● Consistently deliver higher-quality software with greater accuracy in estimation and delivery.
● Increase delivery visibility and reduce defects by engaging stakeholders early and throughout the SDLC.
● Build trust between development, security, and platform engineering, enabling continuous process improvement and risk mitigation.
● Maximize business value by enabling teams to adapt quickly to changing requirements through self-service and automation."

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
