DevOps Coach

DevOps Coach & Change Enabler | Help drive a bank integration across five DevOps teams | Major Dutch Bank

A major Dutch bank's subsidiary is preparing for its integration into the main bank, and is looking for up to two DevOps Coaches & Change Enablers to help make it happen. Working across management, Product Owners and five DevOps teams, you will shape a shared vision, strengthen collaboration and guide people through changes to systems, structures and ways of working.

About the role

This is not a traditional Scrum Master role. The team is looking for someone who leads by example, takes ownership and actively drives change at both management and team level. The assignment is 36 hours per week for at least one year, with a possibility of extension. It’s hybrid, with two office days in Utrecht.

You will:

• Guide the organisation, its teams and its people through the integration into the main bank
• Align management, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and DevOps teams on a shared vision and priorities
• Coach teams towards stronger Agile and DevOps ways of working
• Turn strategy into action and help people adapt to change

About you

• Strong experience in Agile coaching, DevOps coaching or Scrum Master roles with a broad change focus
• Proven experience driving organisational change, transformation or integration, ideally across multiple teams
• Comfortable working with management on strategy and vision, as well as coaching teams and individuals through change
• A hands-on, proactive approach: you lead change yourself rather than only advising on it
• Hands-on knowledge of DevOps and Lean, with enough IT knowledge to follow technical conversations
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certified, with training in a scaling framework (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus or Spotify)
