Our client is one of Vietnam's leading financial institutions, serving millions of customers and continuously investing in large-scale digital transformation initiatives. The technology team is building modern cloud-native platforms, enhancing automation capabilities, and improving system reliability to support high-performance Fintech services.

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to join a fast-growing engineering team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, monitoring solutions, and automation frameworks to support mission-critical applications

Location: Cau Giay, Hanoi

Type of work: Full-time

Type of contract: Labor Contract - 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Build, deploy, and manage applications on cloud environments.
• Manage and optimize containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security across production and non-production environments.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, QA teams, and security teams to improve deployment efficiency and system reliability.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and application issues.
• Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Participate in infrastructure planning, cloud migration, and platform modernization projects.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, operational policies, and best practices.

What do you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related roles.
• Strong experience with Linux administration and scripting (Bash, Shell, Python, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
• Experience with Infrastructure as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible
• Familiarity with source control systems such as Git.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Cloud-native monitoring solutions)
• Understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and system performance optimization

Preferred Background

• Experience in banking, fintech, financial services, or other highly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience with container security, DevSecOps practices, and vulnerability management.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, etc.) are a plus.
• Good English communication skills for working in cross-functional environments.
