DevOps Engineer + IT Support Resource

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer + IT Support Resource to manage cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, server monitoring, and day-to-day office IT operations, ensuring system reliability, security, and smooth technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Linux/Windows servers.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Manage Docker, Kubernetes, system monitoring, backups, and security.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve deployment workflows.
• Provide IT support for hardware, software, networks, and connectivity.
• Manage employee IT setups, user accounts, access permissions, and software installations.
• Maintain IT assets, inventory, and office infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in DevOps, system administration, and IT support.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, CI/CD tools, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of Linux/Windows administration, networking, DNS, VPN, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or Linux certifications.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, backup, and disaster recovery practices.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure in a software company.

Soft Skills

• Strong coordination and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proactive approach to troubleshooting and system improvements.
