DevOps Engineer – Azure | Kubernetes | Terraform

Are you passionate about automation, reliability, and building cloud platforms that help teams ship faster? We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to build, automate, and run a reliable cloud platform on Microsoft Azure .

In this role, you’ll own CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps , manage Kubernetes workloads, and set up infrastructure as code with Terraform . You’ll work closely with development, data, and ML teams to ship software faster and keep production stable. Over time, you’ll help extend the platform to support MLOps and AI/ML workloads .

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (YAML pipelines, releases, artifacts, approvals).
• Automate build, test, and deployment workflows to reduce manual steps and speed up releases.
• Deploy and run containerized applications on Kubernetes (preferably AKS), including Helm charts, scaling, and upgrades.
• Set up and manage Azure infrastructure with Terraform: reusable modules, remote state, and promotion between environments.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar).
• Define and track reliability targets (SLOs), lead incident response, and run blameless post-incident reviews.
• Manage Azure networking, identity, and access (VNets, private endpoints, Entra ID, RBAC, Key Vault).
• Optimize cloud cost, performance, and capacity.
• Document platform standards, runbooks, and onboarding guides for engineering teams.

What you bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, platform, or site reliability engineering.
• Strong CI/CD automation experience: multi-stage pipelines, automated testing gates, and release strategies (blue/green, canary).
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps: Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, Boards, service connections, and variable groups.
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization: Docker, ACR, Helm, ingress, autoscaling, and troubleshooting workloads.
• Production experience with Terraform: module design, state management, workspaces, and drift detection.
• Experience with observability and reliability: alerting strategy, SLOs/SLIs, incident management, and on-call.
• Strong Azure background: compute, AKS, networking, storage, Entra ID, Key Vault, and cost management.
• Scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Good understanding of Git workflows and branching strategies.
• Professional English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to MLOps or supporting AI/ML workloads.
• Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-400) or CKA/CKAD.
