JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer – Cloud & Platform to design, implement, automate, and maintain reliable cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and production environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain Azure, GCP, AWS, and DigitalOcean cloud infrastructure.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
• Manage Linux and Windows servers and Docker-based environments.
• Deploy and maintain Development, Staging, UAT, and Production environments.
• Manage DNS, firewalls, load balancers, SSL/TLS, IP management, networking, and access controls.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, backups, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking, and production issues.
• Conduct incident investigation and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes, reliability, security, and performance.
• Automate repetitive infrastructure and operational tasks.
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• 3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud, Platform, Infrastructure, or SRE roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform; Azure and GCP preferred.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure and networking.
• Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, SSL/TLS, load balancing, and access management.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Experience with production troubleshooting, backups, disaster recovery, and high availability.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 full years of relevant professional DevOps/Cloud/Platform/Infrastructure experience.

Internships, training programs, academic projects, personal projects, and certifications will not be counted toward the 3-year professional experience requirement.

LOCATION & WORK ARRANGEMENT

This is a 100% onsite position based at I-10/3, Islamabad.

Candidates based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi are preferred.
