DevOps Engineer - Barcelona

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in the Azure ecosystem and DevSecOps practices. The consultant will lead the rollout and adoption of SonarQube Advanced Security across internal development teams, supporting both the technical configuration and the cultural adoption of secure development practices.

Missions

• Build and maintain configuration templates for SonarQube Advanced Security

• Contact application owners and guide them on integrating SonarQube into their CI/CD pipelines

• Verify correct implementation across teams and resolve configuration issues

• Access SonarQube to generate security vulnerability reports with severity analysis

• Identify and communicate vulnerabilities to the relevant teams

• Support teams in distinguishing false positives and applying remediation fixes

• Follow up on remediation progress and escalate when needed

• Produce progress and status reports for stakeholders

• Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines

• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates and scripting modules

• Configure monitoring and alerting solutions

• Produce knowledge transfer documentation

1. 5+ years in software engineering
2. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
3. Strong experience with Azure services: App Insights, Alerts, Logic Apps
4. Experience with OpenShift
5. Proficiency in scripting: PowerShell, Bash, or TypeScript
6. Expertise in DevSecOps practices: CI/CD strategies, branching strategies
7. Experience with SAST tooling
8. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
9. Proven track record managing large-scale Azure environments
10. Experience with automation and scripting in enterprise settings
11. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
12. Preferred: experience with additional automation tools or frameworks
13. Preferred: development background in .NET, Python, React, or Java
14. Preferred: system administration experience (Windows and/or Linux)
15. Preferred: process automation experience
16. Preferred: knowledge of Power BI
