Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer / Cloud Engineer with at least 3 years of relevant experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, automation, and deployment operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), along with containerization, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and site reliability engineering practices. This role will focus on building, automating, securing, and maintaining reliable and scalable cloud infrastructure to support business applications and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate application builds, testing, deployment, and release processes.
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational tasks.
• Monitor system performance, availability, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement security best practices, access controls, and cloud governance policies.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking, and production environment issues.
• Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve system uptime and incident response.
• Support cloud cost optimization initiatives and FinOps practices.
• Collaborate with software developers, security teams, and other stakeholders to improve development and operational workflows.
• Maintain technical documentation, infrastructure configurations, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, platform engineering, site reliability engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Practical knowledge of Docker and container orchestration technologies, particularly Kubernetes.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools, preferably Terraform.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Understanding of cloud networking, identity and access management, and infrastructure security.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and troubleshooting tools.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and maintaining scalable, highly available cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code best practices and automated configuration management.
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or the ELK Stack.
• Understanding of incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Exposure to cloud cost management, resource optimization, and FinOps practices.
• Familiarity with security automation, vulnerability management, and DevSecOps.
• Experience working in Agile or collaborative software development environments.
