DevOps Engineer

Join a technology team supporting business-critical applications within a fast-paced trading and operations environment. We're looking for a hands-on engineer with strong development, DevOps, and stakeholder management skills.

What You'll Do

• Develop and enhance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and AngularJS.
• Build automation solutions using Python.
• Manage and optimise PostgreSQL databases.
• Support cloud-native applications on OpenShift (AWS).
• Maintain monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Grafana.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, AI, and emerging technologies.

What We're Looking For

✅ 5-8 years of relevant experience
✅ Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and Python
✅ Experience with AWS/OpenShift, CI/CD, and Agile Scrum
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders
✅ Experience with AI, automation, or analytics solutions is a plus

Working Arrangement

• Hybrid work setup (60% office / 40% remote)
• Flexible hours (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
• Occasional support for UK business hours
