Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining scalable systems using modern DevOps practices and tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bamboo, Bitbucket, and GitHub
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform
• Configure and manage servers using Ansible/Chef
• Monitor application performance and ensure system reliability and scalability
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline build, release, and deployment processes
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, EKS, etc.)
• Maintain version control and branching strategies using Git-based tools (Bitbucket/GitHub)
• Use Jira and Confluence for tracking, documentation, and collaboration
• Troubleshoot issues across development, test, and production environments

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Docker & Kubernetes
• Hands-on expertise in Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• Familiarity with configuration tools: Ansible or Chef
• Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Bamboo
• Source control: Bitbucket, GitHub
• Cloud experience: AWS (mandatory)
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix systems
• Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices
• Experience in scripting (Shell/Python preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Exposure to DevSecOps practices
• Certification in AWS / Kubernetes is a plus

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and collaboration ability
• Ability to work in agile environments

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
