DevOps Engineer

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team.
• As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and tools necessary to support our development and deployment processes.
• Your expertise in Azure, CI/CD, Jenkins, Ansible, system administration, shell scripting, Kubernetes, and Docker will be essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our software delivery pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure on Azure cloud platform.
• Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes to streamline software development and delivery.
• Utilize Jenkins to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for configuration management and infrastructure provisioning.
• Perform system administration tasks, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing system performance.
• Write shell scripts to automate routine tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
• Deploy, manage, and scale applications using Kubernetes and Docker containers.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand their requirements and provide guidance on infrastructure and deployment best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in DevOps, cloud computing, and containerization.

Requirements:

• Solid experience working with Azure cloud platform, including knowledge of Azure services and infrastructure components.
• Proficiency in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of configuration management tools, particularly Ansible.
• Sound knowledge of system administration concepts and practices.
• Proficiency in shell scripting (e.g., Bash) for automation and system administration tasks.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred qualifications:

• Relevant certifications in Azure, DevOps, or related areas.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools, such as Terraform.
• Knowledge of other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
• Familiarity with other CI/CD tools, such as GitLab CI/CD or CircleCI.
• Understanding of monitoring and logging tools.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
