DevOps / Platform Engineer

Were building the Manufacturing Operating System that powers the next generation of intelligent factories. We’re looking for a hands-on DevOps / Platform Engineer to own the engineering platform that enables developers and business technology teams to build, deploy, and operate secure, reliable software at scale.

This is more than a traditional DevOps role. You’ll serve as the technical bridge between Central IT, Software Engineering, and Business Technology teams, translating enterprise requirements into scalable platform capabilities, automation, and self-service infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and operate cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructure.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Administer Linux and Windows environments.
• Support Docker and Kubernetes-based workloads.
• Implement secure identity and access management, networking, and secrets management.
• Build and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, backup, disaster recovery, and operational automation.
• Partner with IT, engineering, and business teams to standardize platforms and improve developer productivity.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 8 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong experience in Linux and Windows administration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid infrastructure; AWS and/or GCP experience is a plus.
• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Strong networking fundamentals, including DNS, VPNs, routing, firewalls, and load balancing.
• Experience with identity technologies such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, SSO, IAM, and secrets management.
• Scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in enterprise or multinational IT environments.
• Experience with GitOps.
• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V.
• Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Datadog, or Azure Monitor.
