DevOps Engineer

Position Overview

As our systems and software development operations continue to expand, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer who can help improve development workflows, deployment efficiency, automation, and operational support for development teams.

This role will focus on CI/CD, deployment automation, operational tooling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaboration with Infrastructure and development teams across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Support development operations and release management processes
• Improve automation and operational efficiency for development and deployment activities
• Manage operational tools and environments used by development teams
• Support monitoring, log analysis, troubleshooting, and incident investigation
• Investigate and analyze root causes of system, application, and deployment issues
• Support developers with environment setup, deployment processes, and operational troubleshooting
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and development teams in Thailand, Japan, and India to improve system stability and development efficiency
• Assist in improving observability, monitoring, and operational best practices
• Contribute to incident response processes, on-call support, and blameless post-mortem culture

Requirements

• Experience in DevOps, System Operations, or related roles
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Basic knowledge of AWS (must have)
• Understanding of Linux environments, scripting, and automation
• Experience with Docker or container-based environments
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) is a plus
• Experience with Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins is a plus
• Can communication and coordination english skills is plus
