About The Opportunity This is a contract opportunity based in Boston, Massachusetts, to work on cloud infrastructure, containerization and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) initiatives. Roles of this type could sit within a technical team focused on infrastructure automation, system reliability and deployment excellence. You could be involved in designing, implementing and maintaining cloud-based solutions that support product delivery and operational stability.

What You Would Do Typical responsibilities could include:

• Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure on AWS or other major cloud platforms
• Designing and implementing infrastructure-as-code solutions using tools such as Terraform
• Building and maintaining containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Establishing and improving CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment cycles
• Monitoring system performance, reliability and security across production environments
• Automating operational tasks to reduce manual effort and improve consistency
• Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to support infrastructure needs
• Contributing to documentation and best practices for infrastructure management

What You Could Bring Most roles of this type require the following:

Must-have

• 5–10 years of professional experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or related infrastructure engineering roles
• Hands-on proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker for containerization
• Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code tools, particularly Terraform
• Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins
• Experience with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)
• Automation scripting and system administration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Authorization to work in the United States

Nice-to-have

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification
• HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate certification
• Docker Certified Associate certification
• Jenkins Certified Engineer certification
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, ELK or Splunk
• Familiarity with infrastructure security and compliance practices
