DevOps Engineer

About the role

Manage and maintain servers, operating systems, and company infrastructure. Monitor system performance, resources, and services using monitoring tools. Perform troubleshooting, incident handling, and escalation for system disruptions. Manage and support deployment processes through CI/CD pipelines. Manage containers, environments, and application deployment configurations. Create and update infrastructure, deployment, and system configuration documentation. Support backup processes, disaster recovery, and system access and credential management. Coordinate with Developers, Tech Leads, clients, and vendors to ensure optimal infrastructure operations.

• Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and services using monitoring tools.
• Perform troubleshooting, incident handling, and escalation for system issues and service disruptions.
• Manage and support application deployment processes through CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage containers, environments, and application deployment configurations.
• Create, maintain, and update documentation related to infrastructure, deployment processes, and system configurations.
• Support backup and disaster recovery processes, as well as system access and credential management.
• Collaborate with Developers, Tech Leads, clients, and vendors to ensure optimal infrastructure operations and system reliability.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Docker and containerization.
• Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Nginx deployment and configuration.
• Understanding of secret management using Infisical.
• Experience managing object storage using MinIO.
• Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools, including Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana Loki, and OpenTelemetry.
• Good understanding of Linux Server Administration.
• Experience managing PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in production environments.
• Experience deploying and managing infrastructure within private networks is a plus.
